Wellness

The primary objective of Bell Wellness is to enhance safe and healthy lifestyle habits through proper evaluation and programming to address highest health risk areas. Such proactive planning will ultimately reduce injuries and work to meet the goals of the client.

Bell Wellness also works in partnership with employers. Bell Wellness is focused on providing comprehensive care to its corporate clients by offering specific programs targeting areas such as dietary, health prevention education, personal training, group fitness classes and programs, and diabetes prevention and education. By offering a comprehensive menu of services, Bell and its corporate client partners ensure strong, measurable participation and results.

Bell Wellness provides a 1,700-square foot training facility featuring new state-of-the-art equipment. The training center is fully staffed with nationally certified exercise specialists to assist clients with their programs. Facility hours allow maximum flexibility to accommodate most employee work schedules.

Services

Our services are open to anyone from the general public, and also to our corporate clients and employees.

Personal Training
Individualized training with nationally certified exercise specialists who will assist and design a program specific to your needs and goals.

Buddy/Group Personal Training
Personal training sessions with 2 or more people designed and instructed by nationally certified exercise specialists. Sessions will have specific emphasis towards cardiovascular training, resistance training, flexibility training or a combination of them all, depending on the needs and goals of the client.

Group Fitness Classes
Bell Wellness also offers group fitness classes. Our classes target flexibility, strength training, and also cardiovascular endurance. Please call 485-2677 or email wellness@bellmi.org for the current class schedule.

Prenatal Personal Training

Enhancing the overall wellness of both mother-to-be and child through a personalized comprehensive program of structured exercise.

During pregnancy, a women's body requires special attention and consideration while exercising. Prenatal personal training provides a safe and effective exercise program designed with consideration of the physical changes and needs of pregnancy.

Benefits of prenatal exercise include:

• Reduction of back pain, constipation, bloating, and swelling
• Improved posture
• Better sleep
• Promotes muscle tone, strength and endurance
